As social networks move away from the generic to the niche, we created an online space for young people to talk about books for Penguin. A space that’s a forum for discussion, for people to meet and find new books and others that loved them.
The identity needed to speak to young people about the obsession for reading, the voracious appetite for books that only the bookish have. Our solution is fun, energetic and definitely bookish.
We created the initial user interface and in the second version of the site created a new interface that incorporated community network software Jive. This second version is due to launch imminently.
